Starting at the right-side Rack one. The way the Photo Eyes are laid out is labeled below:
A) Load in rack should detect the pallet at least 20cm into the pallet.
So, all the way from the sensor to 20-50 cm into the pallet. (we just want to detect a pallet, to avoid crashes, so it’s better (normally) to have 50cm than 20cm.)
B) D1 (Q1) Push through which is trained 20 mm into the pallet position on the Left corner of the Pallet.
The sensor should NOT detect the pallet if placed 20-50 mm further in.
D1 (Q2) Withdrawal which is trained 15mm in front of the pallet.
C) D2 (Q1) Push through which is trained 20 mm into the pallet position on the Left corner of the Pallet.
D2 (Q2) Withdrawal which is trained 20mm in front of the pallet.
