If you need to talk to someone in a specific department, we’ve made it easy.

1. Go to this page:

2. Make sure you're signed in to your Zendesk account before clicking the link. This page is restricted to only Bastian Solution customers.
3. You’ll see buttons for different departments:
   • Call Software
   • Call Advanced Technologies
   • Call Controls
   • Call Pallet Automation
4. Click the button for the department you want to reach.
5. A voice call will start through Zendesk’s chat widget.
