Pre-Requisites:

The Organization field is pre-populated based on your configuration, but can be modified in field, if necessary

The Ticket ID field is mandatory and must be provided before initiating an upload.

Uploading a File:
-
Click the Upload button to launch the file selection dialog.

Select the file you wish to upload.

The application will automatically rename your file using the following format:
Organization -- Ticket ID -- {Original File Name}

During the upload, a progress bar is displayed to indicate the transfer status in real time.
- The file is securely uploaded to a Microsoft Azure Blob secured by Bastian Solutions.

Confirmation:

Once the upload is complete, a confirmation message will be shown.

The renamed file will then be stored in the designated Azure Blob Storage container.

Ensure that you provide a valid Ticket ID before attempting to upload.

The file naming convention is used to maintain consistency and traceability of uploads.
