Over the past few months Bastian has been preparing a new ticketing system that will benefit both the our company and most importantly... yours! The support hotline and the email will remain the same.
We will be rolling out new features over the new few months including a self troubleshooter with guides on how to troubleshoot the following including but not limited to PTL, Photoeyes, and Conveyor.
